Employees of our company or our partners may only access your data if you give them permission in case of service requests or requests for additional portal configuration.
The relevant account owner is always responsible for paying for the NetRex services. The sums for NetRex services are paid exclusively to NetRex s.r.o.
Yes. For each master account, it is possible to define up to 1000 subordinate accounts with different permissions for features and portal configurations.
Yes. Each camera within the main account may have different levels of service. For example, it is possible to combine surveillance cameras with NetRex Monitor Basic and NetRex Monitor Premium.
Yes. You can change the service directly in the camera settings in the NetRex portal in the Licenses section using the Change Service button.
To cancel the services provided in the Licence section, you can press the Disable Licence button, or you can contact us.

An unlimited number of cameras can be connected to the central NetRex portal within the owner account.

Yes. Analog cameras can be connected using selected Axis Communications IP video encoders. For more information, please contact us.
The required bandwidth depends on several crucial factors. It mainly affects the resolution of the transmitted video, the frame rate and the parameters of the recording. Estimation of the required bandwidth can be performed using the Axis Communications AB Design Tool.
There are a number of online services to verify speed. We recommend using, for example, speedtest.net. Make sure you are on the same network as your cameras. Mainly track the UPLOAD and PING parameters.
Yes. Any user with the correct permissions can download any recording to their computer.
Setting up a local storage or using the SD card located directly in the camera brings some undisputable advantages. One of them is the ability to store video at maximum quality that would not disproportionately burden the data connection in the given location. At the same time, it saves the record when the internet connection is inaccessible or unstable.
In the case of an inaccessible internet connection, the NetRex portal is not able to show live view from cameras at a given location and ensure the recording on remote servers. However, the local storage of recordings on SD cards or NetRex Box is still working in this case.
Yes. The services are accessible through mobile app for Android and iOS.
